Top 3 Reasons to Attend GCUC Canada

FreshBooks is a proud supporter of GCUC USA and Canada. The entire FreshBooks team is excited that the first ever GCUC Canada is being hosted in our very own backyard. We can’t wait to help you discover Toronto and share our space with you!

Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to attend my first ever GCUC conference in Berkeley, California.
Not only did I find it incredibly educational, I met a ton of great people and can’t wait to figure out ways to work with them in the future.

My first impression of GCUC was that is was like Frosh Week from those university days. At first everyone is a little timid but after an icebreaker (or two) everyone has let loose and it’s like you’ve found your long lost friend.

If you’re on the fence about whether or not you should attend GCUC Canada, here are my top 3 reasons:

1. You will meet and add some awesome, creative, entrepreneurial and community driven leaders to your tribe.

2. You’ll get inspired; whether it’s from the speakers or the folks you meet over coffee.
You’ll go back to your usual routine inspired, motivated and ready to kick some butt.

3. Gear up for the 3 most fun filled days you’ll have experienced in a long time (maybe since your Frosh days).
Pretty sure GCUC should be changed to GFCUC (global fun-filled Coworking Unconference Conference).

If you’re planning on attending GCUC Canada, don’t be a stranger be sure to say ‘hi’ to the team – you’ll find us right beside the coffee station (yep, we love coffee almost as much as you do).
